QUALITY CONTROL THROUGH INSPECTIONS.

We perform regularly scheduled inspections to determine the quality of the work and to solicit feedback from tenants. Data from inspections is used to measure our cleaning program, allowing us to set improvement goals and determine the effectiveness of its initiatives.

Quality control inspections will be performed weekly by our site manager using the specific inspection forms for each building. The entire facility is inspected at least monthly. During the tour we contact occupants designated by you as key contacts.

In addition we have nightly supervisors whom are the assigned persons to verify that our team is performing a good work, part of them responsibilities are:

·          To review the presentation of the personnel of each one of our workers, taking care of who carry the complete uniform and with the necessary personal taken care of cleanliness.

·          To take to the administrative control of the group to its position, applying the prizes or sanctions by lack, describing its performance, making the changes when these are necessary, etc., all this with the authorization of the Management of Operations.

·          To review the good performance of the workings, distributing them, assigning the tasks and organizing the activities according to the program. In addition to enable to the personnel entrance either effective, in the use and application of the materials and machinery for each specific area or finished again.

·          To control stocks of materials in order that they never lack and they are the adapted ones for the service that is being taken care of and to report the machinery disturbed with opportunity, so that it is replaced immediately.

·          And the most important thing, verify that every night your facilities are in the maximum conditions of cleaning, that is our daily commitment, and check it out  all the aspects of security and control of quality.
